Contracted companies must comply with occupational safety laws when working at the company's facilities. Safety rules include: obtaining authorization and wearing a badge when entering; only being in authorized work areas and following marked routes; not operating equipment without permission. Other safety requirements involve proper signage, fall protection when working at heights, ensuring scaffold and lift cage safety, adequate lighting in work areas, clean and hygiene workplaces, secure storage and handling of gas cylinders, and reporting all accidents and incidents to the company risk coordinator.

General safety at work, to take
into account in carrying out
work in our facilities every

3. Working at heights 3.1 operators working at heights will
have enough material to eliminate
the risk prevention fall (belts, ladders,
scaffolding, etc.).
 3.2 scaffolds must gather sufficient
security conditions to avoid
accidents.
 3.3 are completely prohibited work
on forklifts without the use of a
safety cage homologated.

4. Lighting
 4.1 All work areas should be well lit
to avoid fall hazards and bad
maneuvers which necessarily will
have the notebook, regulatory and
good lighting.

5. Premises and workplaces conditions.
 5.1 units or workplaces always be in a
good state of cleanliness and
hygiene.
5.2 No work is considered finished
until the area is clean and free from
unsafe

6. Gas bottles
 6.1 in the work area can´t be
placed more containers of
compressed gases strictly
necessary for the execution
of work.
 6.2 All gas cylinders have to
be fastened and away from
hot spots.
 6.3 at the end of the day all
gas cylinders have to be
perfectly closed and
deposited in an area outside
of the processing facilities
and approved by the
company.

7. Reporting accidents and incidents
7.1 should inform the coordinator of risk to the
company of all accidents and incidents that have
personnel contracted company.

APM event hosted by the South Wales and West of England Network (SWWE Network) Speaker: Aalok Sonawala The SWWE Regional Network were very pleased to welcome Aalok Sonawala, Head of PMO, National Programmes, Rider Levett Bucknall on 26 February, to BAWA for our first face to face event of 2025. Aalok is a member of APM’s Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APM’s PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance. Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence. PMO’s within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams. Safety in the company

1. Regulation within the company General safety at work, to take into account in carrying out work in our facilities every company contracted by our company will have to comply with the provisions of the law on prevention of occupational hazards. Special attention in the following paragraphs will, continue to apply those points related to the activity performed.

2. 1. Rules of entry, transit and residence  1.1 To enter our company must apply for authorization to the head of reception who will give a distinctive card  1.2. You can´t be in places other than those in which to do its work, having to follow the routes that have previously been marked.  1.3. 8. 7. Reporting accidents and incidents 7.1 should inform the coordinator of risk to the company of all accidents and incidents that have personnel contracted company.
