Jane Doe experienced significant trauma and substance abuse issues throughout her life. She was born in * to parents with drug and alcohol addictions, lived in an orphanage from age 6 to 13 after they died of overdoses, and was adopted and brought to the US in 2011. She was sexually abused multiple times, developed PTSD, and began using drugs at a young age. In 2014, she ran away from her adoptive home and residential treatment and ended up dancing at strip clubs, using hard drugs, and potentially being trafficked.
