Description:
A Stationary concrete mixing plant (also commonly called as Batching plant) is a machine that homogeneously
combines cement, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete. A typical batching plant should have a
mixer (planetary mixer) mix the different aggregates. The advantage of this plant is that, complete plant can be
transported in single semi low bed trailer 40 feet length and it requires one-man operation since the product is with PLC
based control panel. Added advantage of this plant is it can be erected and commissioned in one day and put into
operations.

Project 2: Design and Development of inline reduced bins batching plant 30Cum/Hr output capacity.
Team Size: 4
Description:
Based on the customers application and site condition design of the batching plant aggregates storing bins design modified
to inline bins. A typical inline batching plant also should have a mixer (planetary/twin shaft mixer) mix the different
aggregates. The advantage of this plant is that, bins can be loaded with one side ramp building and it requires one-man
operation since the product is with PLC based control panel. Aggregates can be conveyed to mixer through skip hoist or
conveyor.
Roles and Responsibilities: Concept design and development through modeling of the product, selection of standard
bought outs as per requirement, Detailed drafting of the product, creation of material masters, creation of bill of materials.
Creation of Spare parts catalogue and operations manuals.
Project 3: Design and Development of Mobile concrete placer conveyor 45 Cum/Hr convey capacity (MCP-45).

Description:
It is a new development product of AJAX FIORI ENGINEERING (I) Pvt. Ltd. product is truck mounted concrete placer
operated by a hydraulic system through a separate engine mounted on base frame of the placer. The advantage of this
product is, it can be used for placing the concrete about a height of 7.5 meter from ground level and can go below ground
level up to 1.5 meter through a belt conveyor of 3 segments. Each segment is operated through a separate set of hydraulic
cylinders and its having additional advantage of swiveling of entire conveyor 270 勇 w.r.t vertical axis.
