This document discusses a pay what you want customer interaction model for wellness services. It proposes collecting a Welness Index from customers through a questionnaire to better understand customer satisfaction levels and needs. Customers would pay according to their experienced satisfaction level. For those unable to pay, a Share Charity program would be implemented where wellness skills and services are directly donated to the local community. The goal is to sustainably earn a living while closing satisfaction gaps and inspiring sharing of resources for common good.
