- 6. OVERVIEW Light is a form of energy that enables us to see all the things around us.
- 7. OVERVIEW Sound is another form of energy produced by a vibrating body.
- 8. OVERVIEW Heat is a form of energy. Heat flows from hot objects to cool objects.
- 9. OVERVIEW Electricity is a form of energy like light, heat, and sound. Electricity works only when an electric current flows through a closed or complete circuit.

- 12. SOURCES OF LIGHT Natural Sources of Light These sources come to Earth through natural means which man cannot control. Artificial Sources of Light Artificial light comes from sources that man produces and controls.

- 14. SUN The sun is a natural source of light. It is also the primary source of light. Earth gets light from the sun.
