Cam Hill, a vegan chef from Texas, will be debuting her rustic vegan cuisine inspired by Southern cooking at The Seed Market in New York City on April 18th. While some plant-based chefs focus on kale and vegetables, Hill serves hearty, robust all-vegan home cooking with variety of styles from Mexican, Indian, Barbecue to the comfort food she grew up with in Texas. She will be introducing Manhattan to her Vegan-fusion style with a southern-themed meal at The Seed Market.
