Redesigned rotary head bracket to sustain mud weight while drilling condition, Existing Rotary head bracket cracks has been propagated with mud weight. Redesigned sheave installation & sheave guard, instead of taking single sheave load changed To two sheaves and load distributed Existing sheave is bigger and it has accommodate more Space. After completing concept design create new drawing and enter M3 for production release. Project: Redesign of PTO to avoid oil leakage: TH60 truck is the one of the bore well trucks under deep hole category. In existing TH60 model, the power take off (PTO) unit (FABCO) has oil leakage as the consequence, the transmission efficiency is decreased. SOLUTION: To avoid the oil leakage the FABCO PTO unit is replaced with NAMCO PTO unit. Redesigned the location of, NAMCO and its corresponding components including, drive shaft, compressor, hydraulic tank, receiver tank, and collar. Which successfully implement in the production unit. Project: Predator Substructure Upgrade RD20 OIL& GAS substructure upgraded from 10Ft to 14Ft height to accommodate new BOP (blowout preventer) housing. Created new concept for new 10ft BOP housing installation to lifting the BOP housing from 10ft to 14ft. To lift the substructure created sliding tube arrangement. Lifting the substructure telescopic cylinder used and mounting brackets designed. Once concept done cross check all assemblies with new concept for interference with other Assemblies. BOP housing push by using wrench motor for push inside created new concept. From July 5th 2012 to Dec 24 2013 Previously worked in Merritt Innovative Solution (I) PVT Ltd.
