and success.
Here goes...

7. “If you can manage your people
well, you can manage your
business well.”
Basic Principle

8. Keeping this basic principle in mind,
here's what I would like to share.

10. ● Trust is the most precious thing in this world. It can make a huge difference.
● Don’t let a handful of bad experiences override your faith in good people.
● If you can’t trust, you won’t be able to grow.
Lesson 1: Trust people

12. ● Be ready to let things go.
● Remember you’re looking for something better and to get that, there will always
be trade-offs.
● Move on.
Lesson 2: Let go

14. ● In business, no two days are identical. Some days would be great, while others
might be not so great.
● Don’t let the ups and downs affect you or the people around you too much. It's
a part of your entrepreneurial journey.
● Don’t let your ups blind you with overconfidence.
Lesson 3: Stay balanced

16. ● Don’t think of yourself as a boss. Be a manager, and manage the people well.
● Help people whenever you can. And then get out of the way.
● No one’s smart enough to make all the decisions all the time. Don't centralize
decision-making.
Lesson 4: Let people decide

18. ● Develop an open, trusting atmosphere where your people can speak their
mind.
● If people follow whatever you say all the time, there is something wrong.
● Disagreements will lead to true collaborations and will give your venture an
edge.
Lesson 5: Foster disagreements

20. ● Delegation allows you to make the best use of your time and skills, and it helps
other people grow.
● If you want to grow, you will have to be good at delegating the tasks to others.
● Empower your employees and they will surpass your expectations.
Lesson 6: Delegate more

23. ● Don't be afraid to experiment.
● You'll never know what works best if you don't experiment.
● The day you stop experimenting, you probably stop learning!
Bonus Lesson: Keep experimenting

24. There have been moments of glory and moments of failure.
There’s so much to learn, so much to do, so much to contribute…
And there’s is never a better time than now.
