This is a part of my Class Assignment and what you see is a 'PowerPoint 際際滷 Show' of the first three Outcomes from UNIT 20 - 'Computer Game Platform & Technologies'.
Here, at first, I've explained Game Platforms & their types in short and then moved on over to my 2D Platform Game - 'Tales Of Mushroom Land', by considering its Game Platform and the Hardware & Software requirements for the game. I've also showcased some performance tests for my game at the end which I had taken on different systems/machines.

- 3. RAM 8GB DDR5 This will allow for the game to have more background operations processing at once and allow for the gamer to have more options running at once. Such as download, chat, games and mini games.
- 4. Graphics Custom Radeon graphics card With a custom graphics card this will allow the PS4 to have better graphics power specificly for the machine. Radeon are one of the biggest companies to produce graphics cards. This means the custom graphics will be able to show you more in glorious HD.
- 5. Input PlayStation eye The PlayStation eye will come with the console this time round and will work as a webcam for those who dont wish to use the features for interactive gaming. It will also come with a sensor built in to react with the remote to act as a depth detector.
- 6. Controller Dual Shock 4 This is an updated version of the remote sony have used since the beginning. It will not have a touch pad on the controller for even more interaction with the games. It will also have a share button for users to go back through what the console has recorded as the player, played and allow them to edit video for friends to see.
- 7. Playstation Network The network will now base what you will buy next on what you have previously purchased or played. This service will then download the game pre-empting that you will eventually buy the game.
- 8. Summary Although we did not get to see the console itself we certainly got a taste of what the future hold for Sonys console gaming market. Although this may put some people off, it has made me more inclined to buy it even though I haven't seen what it may look like.
