Melody Sherard-Redman is a sociologist trained to study society and social behavior through examining groups, cultures, and social institutions. She is proficient in designing research projects, collecting data through interviews and surveys, and preparing reports and presentations on research conclusions. Her research interests include the effects of parental incarceration and mass incarceration on families. She has work experience in libraries, as a private duty nurse assisting her disabled husband, and as an aquatics coordinator. She is completing her MA in Sociology in December and holds a BA in Sociology, Criminology, and Law Enforcement. She is a diligent, hardworking individual seeking to rise above expectations and interact genuinely with others.
