• #5: Almost every food preparation process needs fresh safe water; for rinsing and blanching to steaming and boiling. From bread-making to risotto, from salsa to fruit salad Sosei water improves taste, texture and overall quality. Some recipes can reduce or remove expensive preservatives when Sosei water is used. Cooking and cleaning aren��t all that different �C from the point of view of water quality���� So, to cleaning�� Using Sosei water - cleaning work surfaces, our skin and our clothing can all be done with much less detergent than without Sosei water and hopefully no detergents at all (stubborn stains may require rubbing with a cake of laundry soap). Using Sosei water - natural fabrics are said to be softer and easier to iron; some users experiences indicate natural fibres are more comfortable and the colours stay longer using Sosei water. When you use Sosei water in laundering materials the waste water from laundry processes will cost less to discharge or to re-use than with ordinary water as it will have much less or no detergents in it. When Sosei water is used in your laundry process the tiny particles of dirt are attracted to the molecules of Sosei water by the electro-static charge in the Sosei water. When Sosei water meets with ordinary water in the waste tank the electro-static bonds between the Sosei water and the dirt are weakened so the dirt drops out of suspension and settles in the waste tank; conventional waste filtration process and filters will be simpler and filters could last longer. Sosei water has a naturally akaline state which pests don��t like. Soil and irrigation with Sosei water may help control or reduce airborne pests as well as unwanted bacteria in soil. Who knows what pest repellent properties Sosei washed clothes will have?
• #6: Secrets are secret for a reason. This is the list of ��ingredients�� for a Sosei water generator. The recipe however is a secret. Tourmaline is known for its electrical properties Tourmaline gemstone has the uncanny ability to become its own source of electric charge, as it is both pyroelectric, as well as piezoelectric. When the gem is put under greater amounts of pressure or when it is dramatically heated or cooled, it creates an electrical charge capable of emitting infrared waves and negative ions. Friction with flowing water gently excites the Tourmaline to create a difference in your water. Obsidian is known as an active ingredient in creating pure volcanic mineral spring water. Obsidian is formed when volcanic lava comes into contact with water; this forces it to cool so quickly that it doesn't have time to crystallize resulting in a stone with a shiny, glassy texture. The simulated 100m drop of a waterfall is part of the Sosei water process for this reason.

• #8: While initial trials and experiences can be gained from Sosei water in bottles; Sosei water generators bring the true benefits to you, your home and family or your business. The Sosei water generators come in all shapes and sizes depending on the hourly flow-rate required. The output flow and pressure is the same as your input flow and pressure. If a convenient mains power supply is available it is used to run the flow meter which controls regular back-washing of the large water softener chamber; alternatively a battery / solar power supply could be specified. A simple mechanical flow meter (clock) is also available for indoor installations without a power source. The Sosei water generator must operate in a shaded location between 5c and 40c. If winters are cold the pipework should be carefully lagged and precautions taken against freezing. The Sosei generator must be kept locked and secure. Only authorised persons can service its components. For installations where down-time is critical more than one Sosei water generator could be installed.
• #9: This simple test illustrates a key property of Sosei water �C it mixes with oil without the need for soap or surfactants. This allows Sosei water to mix with dirt and smells and carry them away. As it��s just water with no chemicals it may be possible that the water which is removed along with the dirt or contaminant could be discharged (subject to local environmental assessment and legislation) without further treatment. That means a big saving for many commercial laundrettes

Japanese experiences and laboratory tests point to physical and mental benefits for people who drink Sosei water; the installation of a Sosei water generator in your water supply means you can also bathe / shower in Sosei water. Most dirt will require no detergents to remove; stubborn stains can be pre-treated before laundering the normal way but without detergents or softeners. Once dirty Sosei water (from a laundry or vehicle wash for example) and mixes with ordinary water the electro-static properties are diluted and any matter in suspension quickly drops out.

Some of the unwelcome changes are due to oxidation. Sosei water research in Japan identifies how what we eat and drink can affect oxidation rates in living cells. The opposite of oxidation is called reduction. The Japanese research has categorised a measure of oxygen reduction potential for many common food groups as well as common beverages including water from a variety of sources. The graph above shows some of these foods and drinks. Readings on the oxygen reduction potential are plotted on a graph; measured in micro volts.
