It is when you are able to find hope and
comfort in even the hardest of times. It
can help to support you as you
experience life completely.

SPIRITUAL
HEALTH
The effects of the body, mind,
and spirit are all interconnected.
While spirituality cannot heal you,
it may help you cope with the
pain and problems with diseases.
When you are at peace with
yourself, you are spiritually
well. It's when you can find hope
and comfort even in the most
difficult of circumstances.
It may be of use in assisting you
in fully experiencing life. For each
person, spirituality is unique.
"What can't be classified as a part of the body,
or the intellect is what is known as spirit"
Spirituality Spiritual Health
Is the term that describes the same
process of relating to the divine.
Religion tends to emphasize the
differing content of the divine.
Is the combination of these two
aspects: experience of the divine and
wholeness.. It can help to support you
as you experience life completely.
How to Define Spirituality and Spiritual Health?
Colossians 3:16
Let the word of Christ dwell in you
richly, teaching and admonishing one
another in all wisdom, singing psalms
and hymns and spiritual songs, with
thankfulness in your hearts to God.

What makes me feel most complete?
When do I feel most connected to the rest of the
world?
Where do I find the most inner strength?
What am I doing when I feel whole?
They say that kindness or
compassion has that ripple effect.
And that is true.
Activities that may
develop Spiritual Health
Reading an uplifting
book
Reading an inspirational book is one
spiritual activity that will help us get
more connected with our soul.
Spending time in
nature
study shows that spending
time in nature dramatically
reduces stress and is also
anti-inflammatory.
Regular acts of
compassion Contemplation
When a person becomes still and
highly focused as they ponder, the
ego dissolves temporarily and
contemplation becomes
increasingly like meditation.
Its easy to lose your spiritual
health while youre dealing
with a chronic disease
Your spiritial life can assist you in
coping with any physical health
concerns that may emerge. We
are whole individuals. Balance
can help us stay healthy and
recuparate.

HEALTH There will come a time when you will be
tempted to abandon your principles. Its
vital to remember that living a spiritually
healthy life may help you maintain your
physical health.
You can give your body greater
strength for healing if you can
establish inner calm. This give
the opportunity to relax and
heal.
