PSUGO/Ouest: 236 écoles exclues du programme pour fraudeRadio Télévision CaraibesDans une note portant la signature de J’ackson Pléteau, membre de l’Inspection générale du ministère de l’Éducation nationale et de la Formation professionnelle, HPN a appris qu’un total de 263 écoles de l’Ouest exclues du programme pour fraudes. Faisant suite à la mise au point du ministère de l’Education nationale et de la Formation professionnelle (MENFP) concernant le Programme de scolarisation universelle, gratuite et obligatoire (PSUGO) et à la parution du premier rapport, en décembre 2015, d’un audit interne de3 000 écoles situées dans l’Ouest, faisant partie du PSUGO, il a été décidé d’exclure 263 écoles dudit Programme ayant au moins 50 %d’effectifs supplémentaires d’élèves non justifiés.
Cette décision prend effet dès la parution de cette note. Les responsables des écoles concernées sont invités à contacter le service du contentieux du MENFP pour les suites utiles.
Le dossier desdites écoles sera transmis à la justice pour les suites légales car, les responsables des écoles ayant un trop perçu doivent rembourser le montant dû à l’Etat.
Parallèlement, l’Inspection générale du ministère poursuivra l’analyse de la situation de chaque école dans ledit rapport en vue d’adopter les mesures appropriées.
L’Inspection générale tient à saluer les responsables d’écoles qui ont respecté les critères exigés par le ministère tout en fournissant le service attendu pour l’encadrement des enfants subventionnés.
En outre, le ministère annonce le déblocage cette semaine d’environ 200 millions de gourdes par l’Etat afin de poursuivre le processus de paiement des agents des écoles publiques et des directeurs d’écoles privées,en règle avec le MENFP. Ceci ramène à environ 6,4 milliards de gourdes le montant de l’argent investi par l’Etat dans le PSUGO depuis son lancement en novembre 2011.
Le ministère renouvelle sa détermination à respecter ses engagements dans le cadre du PSUGO et à poursuivre les actions en vue du recadrage du Programme. hpn
