He received his MM in Music Composition from UNC Greensboro in 2013 and his BA in Music Composition and Classical Guitar Performance from Campbell University in 2011. His primary areas of study were music composition, biomusic, and classical guitar performance. He has composed over 30 works for various ensembles and has received numerous commissions and awards.
