Produce piping auto-cad drawings for new Machine room and underground piping. Attend meetings with B.N.L.s staff to insure that all work Is being preformed through B.N.L.s safety requirements and all government regulations. E-mail piping layers to other trades for coordination. Develop sleeve drawings for slab and shear wall penetrations, and insert drawings. Attend meetings with architects & engineers to review design modifications, and change orders. Attend coordination meetings to resolve interferences with other trades. Develop shop drawings for approval. Make complete piping fabrication books for issue to shop. Provide construction Hanger, sleeve, and penetration drawings. Auto Cad (2002) Responsibilities: Develop cad drawings from hand drawn shop drawings and revise drawings for re-submittal. Field Assignments Review existing conditions on renovation projects to insure clearance of all new work and have extra work orders approved. BOTTO MECHANICAL 1993-1995 Piping and Plumbing Draftsman Project: Commercial and Institutional Buildings. V.A. Hospitals Duties: Include the layout of new glycol heating and cooling systems, and new hospital plumbing facilities. Develop piping fabrication drawings for field installation. Develop sleeve drawings for new plumbing facilities and provide new stacks in pipe chases as per architectural and engineering drawings and existing field conditions. Field Assignments: take measurements of existing mechanical room conditions to assure proper installation of piping, And existing plumbing stack conditions. MARTIN ASSOCIATES 1989-1993 Piping Coordinator Project: Columbia Presbyterian Hospital (on site) Duties: Include the coordination and signoff of piping drawings for HVAC and sprinkler systems, as per architectural and contract drawings, according to specifications. Attend meetings with G.C.’s and other trades to provide an updated work schedule and review change orders and engineers and architects approvals. Walk every job, order material and have extra work orders approved for changes due to existing field conditions and work not included in the contract. H. SAND & CO. 1985-1989 Piping Draftsmen Projects: The Waldoff Astoria, River Bank State Park, Cedar Creek, and various water pollution control plants. Duties: Layout piping and equipment for new and existing buildings. Develop sleeve drawings to provide accessibility to other floors. Develop isometric piping fabrication drawings with a complete material take- off, for exact pipe cut length’s, including thread engagements, and gap allowances for welded, and Victaulic fitting’s to be field installed. Field assignments: Include taking field measurements, and drawing sketches of existing conditions, to assure accurate installation of new mechanical and piping systems. UNITED ENGINEERS & CONSTRUCTORS 1982-1985 Sr. Designer 111 Project: Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant (on site) Duties: Design and layout complete construction isometric piping drawings for first issue,release for Construction. Revise piping drawings as per engineering change authorization (E.C.A,s) to resolve installation problems, including interference with other disciplines, and incorporate non –conformance Reports (N.C.R.s) per Asme & Ansi codes. Verification through walk downs.

ROSENBLATT & SON 1979-1982 Sr.Piping Draftsmen Duties: Prepare complete working drawings from field sketches and from reference drawings of lead ships for new piping and equipment modifications, as per military standards and military specifications. Incorporate design change notices (D.C.N.’s) to modify piping that causes interference with other disciplines. Ship Checks: Include locating machinery in designated areas.
