financial reporting data elements to map to future state reporting requirements.

o Modelled resource scenarios to determine appropriate labor mix for future engagement planning.
o Managed the end-to-end billing production cycle with global business partners (US-based sales teams, UK-
based provisioning teams, and India-based infrastructure team.)
o Delivered on-time and accurate invoicing of $6 million in monthly revenue.
 Process Improvement
o Reengineered existing processes as necessary to improve effectiveness.
o Conducted change management activities during process deployment.
o Designed and implemented changes to existing manual billing processes that decreased invoice
production times and increased accuracy. Through the use of process standardization and automated
tools, the billing team realized a 5 day time savings per month and invoice errors were decreased by 17%.
o Reorganized and aligned the team by task area enabling the team to clear a backlog of over 200 invoices
requiring rebilling and began completing credit/rebill each month on time for the first time in 9 months.
o Worked with sales representatives in South America to ensure all purchase orders were up to date and
invoices were delivered to the customer on time.
o Improved billing accuracy from 98.73% to 99.28% for a total savings of $400K in 2011.
o Led monthly mailing cost reduction project by analyzing existing processes, identifying and implementing
a process change that achieved $2500 in monthly cost savings.
o Created a tracking tool to monitor remaining funds on each PO with warning indicators allowing sales
representatives adequate time to receive a new PO, thus reducing the number of invoices unable to be
billed.
o Performed a current-state analysis of the existing application to identify opportunities for improvement.
The website redesign, to include data processing and download tracking significantly increased
organizational understanding of available resources, improving decision-making regarding future studies
and data collection.
