Stronger the Foresight Reflects
The Stronger Scientific Acuity
Dr. Balwant Meshram
Associate Professor of Anatomy
CVAS, Navania, Udaipur (RAJUVAS, Bikaner)
Foresight is the ability to judge correctly what is
going to be happened in the future and plan your
actions based on the knowledge.
Foresight, is a desirable capability which can be
developed through engaging with strong and weak
signals in the emerging environment.
Acuity: The ability to hear/ see/ think accurately
and clearly.
While discussing the acuity and foresight after
science, several parameter requires to be
taken into account.
Why the topic.?
If the medical science is on agenda, then there are
several components which are more than the
mystery before scientific community. However, we
have been travelled a long way from macroscopical
to molecular biology via microscopical and
ultrastructural detailing technology.
DNA, a substance of high molecular weight, was
identified in 1871 by a young Swiss scientist,
Friedrich Miescher.
1869 was a landmark year in genetic research,
because it was the year in which that Swiss
physiological chemist Friedrich Miescher first
identified what he called "nuclein" inside the nuclei
of human white blood cells.
The term "nuclein" was later changed to "nucleic
acid" and eventually to "deoxyribonucleic acid," or
"DNA. without chemical properties like any protein,
including a much higher phosphorous content
It was resistance to proteolysis (protein digestion),
Miescher realized that he had discovered a new
substance.
Stronger the Foresight Reflects The Stronger Scientific Acuity
1951: Roslind Franklins work
in X-ray crystallography began
when she started taking X-ray
diffraction photographs of DNA.
Her images showed the helical
form.
1953: Watson and Crick were
determined the structure of
DNA and unfortunately got a
hold of her findings, made a
model of the double helix
structure.
Watson and Crick have given us the double helix
DNA model only in the mid of 19th century and now
we are in the first quarter of 20th.
The generation who has gone through that
landmark design may be still working in the labs.
The doubts and criticism were at that time too and
it would not be ended in coming time also.
Now, we know a great deal about genetic structure,
and we continue to make great strides in
understanding the human genome and the
importance of DNA to life and health.

Would like to cite an example of Endoplasmic
Reticulum (E.R.)
It is well documented that, membranous tubular
network of ER maintains the continuity of nuclear
membrane at cytoplasm of eukaryotic cell.
However, these two types as smooth and rough
endoplasmic reticulum and their functionaries are
on record.
The nuclear envelope at which ER forms an
attachment with their pores performs for
chromatin anchoring.
Though its performance is elucidated, but in the
opinion of writer ER is the direction giving element
to nucleus which toil as the controlling unit of cell
at cytoplasm.
The nucleus found after changing of place in
different cell types.
Therefore, possibility is not denied to mention that
nucleus bathe in the cytoplasm and ER support it.
Analytical tool or who are desirous to serve as
the tool, must know the importance of ability
to see beyond the horizons.
Ability to foresee the sequentials would certainly
help in interpretation of scientific results as the
histological, ultra-structural or even the pathological
details as the slide, specimen and samples.
Without the scientific foundation provided by these
pioneers, Watson and Crick may never reached
their groundbreaking conclusion of 1953,
viz. the DNA molecule exists in the form of a
three-dimensional double helix.
Analogues to
Strategic learning, foresight and hyperopia
Far-sightedness, also known as long-sightedness
or hypermetropia, or hyperopia.
Hyperopia is a metaphorical/ imaginative term
adopted from ocular science referring to long-
sightedness- the condition of being able to focus
clearly on that which is far away but not that which
is close to us.
Hyperopia appears to emerge from a strategic
learning approach that emphasizes foresightful
learning mechanisms while neglecting experiential
learning from direct exposure to operations, which
is less well understood.
In the philosophical context, hyperopia is a budding
concept in comparison with myopia, which is
nearsightedness. It is a common vision condition in
which you can see objects near to you clearly, but
objects farther away are blurry.
It has been explored in terms of spatial, temporal
(Space & time or both) and failure dimensions.
The expected.
Must need actively open-minded, intellectually
humble, numerate, thoughtful updaters, and hard
working.
The predictions of the average expert would be
little better than guessing
Assembling by connecting, disconnecting and
reconnecting of events across time and space to
bring about momentary insights.
The foresight process provides strategic guidance
through identifying critical turning points in the
evolution of the environment.
Importance of foresight in strategy development,
which lead to stronger competition and a need for
long-term innovative planning capabilities.
The importance of foresight is to lead for stronger
competition and long-term innovative planning
capabilities.
It has been said that knowledge is the power and it
can predict the future.
Putting the two together, does it mean that we can
predict the future if we have the knowledge?
That may well be so in theory but it is unattainable
in reality, in a fast moving world where the science
fiction of one generation is the daily life of the next.
The predecessor might not be in accordance to the
scientific temperament and precisely it is zero
worth also. When it is replaced after interpretation,
it needs the basic scientific fervor.
This scientific fervor means a lot only after the
clear on understandings with the basic principles
which define the existence of science over and
above the fiction.
Hence, the continuity on the way of science and
thereby the passion to find well-being of life is the
only required criteria.
The passionate small sincere efforts in biological
interpretation will matter a lot to have the
biological future of life.
Limitations.
The illusion/ misconception of knowledge may
misinterpret the foresight which can also
Introductory and problem-oriented.
learner is not told which actions to take, but
instead must discover actions which yield the most
reward by trying them out.
The Integration and Outcomes frameworks that
emerged open up significant possibilities for
new knowledge and thus frame the implications.
Effect of actions cannot be fully predicted, thus the
user must monitor frequently and react
appropriately.
Each class of methods has its strengths and
weaknesses.
What requires.?
Conceptualization of ideas, the germination of
thoughts
The exploratory work must be relied on an action
research approach that has to conceptualization
of theoretical grounded basic reviews.
It began with a critical review of the published
works to identify new research questions.
Extent of foresight knowledge and understanding
can bring the effective and successful outcomes.
This work assumes applying the concepts and
methods of foresight will enable organizations to
more effectively anticipate and influence the
future, and work toward their preferential.
It recognizes, however, that it is an assumption.
Many organizations do not seek the help of
foresight or professional futurists.
While agreeing with the gap notion, Ii is proposed
that the prospects for foresight integration may be
improved with that flows of action, to be real and
good and is in history
The introduction of new ideas, such as foresight,
raises questions about routines, the stock of
knowledge and challenges the existing interests.
It can only be pursued more from a reflective
practical approach than a traditional academic
research.
Individual must be.
Humble leadership, which is an approach based on
respect, engagement and collaboration, and honest
enquiry rather than top-down command.
Alertness, due thought and full knowledge, sound
judgment and a proper sense of accountability.
Research has tended to focus on measurement
methods, case studies, comparative studies and
psychometric surveys.
Sensible, research has often combined different
methods in the study of major hazard scenarios.
The first is the need to cultivate nuclear
professionalism across the sector in a way that
encompasses and takes account of national and
international requirements and sensitivities
Greater collaboration among all key stakeholders
and expectations of intellectuals.
Stick up at.
Rational Introspection after science affords insight
into mind and the laws of nature.
Self-expression must not be identified as
knowledge, but it may provide the genuine
understanding.
Science is the systematic knowledge and Nature is
incapable of self-knowledge.
Passions are natural powers.
Deep-rooted desire.
The Foresight projection can only be the start.
Automation procedures may be adopted.
Vibrant
Healthy criticism
The realistic approach be chosen.
The discipline of assessing strategic and
operational risk and developing strategies to
manage these external (and internal) risk factors.
Concepts of methodological foresight may enable
us to more effectively anticipate and influence the
future and work toward the preferred future.
Transfer of results/ technology.
Negative results be discussed.
