This document discusses using Web-based interactive learning (WIL) in the classroom to promote student success. It provides survey results from several of the author's courses showing high levels of student satisfaction with teaching methods, engagement, and skills gained. The author aims to empower students as industry leaders through trust, respect, and professional skills development. Interactive online activities and industry involvement are used to achieve high attendance, motivation, and the top accessed Moodle site at the university. The lessons are to not fear trying new ideas but explain the journey, and that teaching quality is measured by student feedback.
