Presently, I am working as a Producer with "News World India" since May 1, 2014. I am looking all Assignment things like Co- ordination with Bureaus, Stringers, National and offshore agencies. Earlier, I worked as a Production Executive with National News Channel "Sahara Samay" from January 2004 to April 2014, 10 Years in a row. During that period, I worked on National Assignment, handling all the things there. I have co-ordinated for many events like Tsunami in Japan in March 2011, 9/11 attacks, Loksabha and state elections. I also got the exposure of production work in Sahara Samay in which I contributed in producing special shows. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES Working on Assignment Desk, where the key responsibilities lie on News Updates, follow ups, assigning stories to Outstation bureaus and ensuring adherence to deadlines, updating reporters and other input staff on possible reactions and follow ups to take the story forward, working in conjunction with Output to ensure stories commissioned do not fall off the radar, overseeing satellite feeds of news stories not only on internal sources but monitoring of wire services like PTI and ANI (video-feed) & other News resources. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- SCRIPTING AND PACKAGING: 1. Have handled with a special mention of election programs and special shows.

I Did a reporter centric programme called Chunav Chakra wherein the reporter visited a particular constituency and interacted with people so as to highlight the problem of a particular constituency. 3.
