Taking care of Delhi’s First & One of India’s biggest chess automatic multilevel car park.
In charge of handling administration of multidisciplinary team. It includes Hard Services, Soft
services, Parking, Security etc
Taking over from project department as per the equipment standards and floated management’s
standards. Preparing timely snags and keep floating to projects for the executions.
Dexterous in ensuring timely and efficient repair of systems and equipment’s, to allow
uninterrupted supply of chilled water, electric power and related utilities to the client.

Key member of tender committee to finalize the working agencies.

from projects team, snagging, snags rectification follow up, manpower deployment, initial
setup of the site including duty roaster, training of the staff as per the site.

500Kva, 140Kva, HVAC (150Tr*3 No.s ceiling mounted AHU/FCUs, TFAHUs, motorized valves,
Secondary pumps, VFD, PAC, Ductable units, VRV, Split units etc.), BMS System, Plumbing
systems (water distribution system & RO plant), Fire fighting equipments (fire extinguishers,
FM 200). Interaction with the Mall Manager for any concerns/issues related to the site.
Looking after the various reports like daily reports & MIS etc. Attendance & Leave
Management of all staff. Send monthly-verified attendance-statement to Company H.O. for
salary processing of staff. Follow monthly billing process & send all bills to H.O. as specified.
Taking initiatives for energy conservation by making strategies for the operation of the
systems specially HVAC & lighting. Reduced RO water consumption by making some
amendments in the systems. There was a huge wastage of RO reject water, same was studied,
planned & re-circulated to use in areas whereas found un-objectionable.
New vendor’s development for various requirements related to systems like Electrical, HVAC,
BMS, and Plumbing etc. Calling quotations, price negotiations, Estimations etc. Store
management including stock tracking, timely procurement of materials and spare parts to
ensure smooth production operations.

Ensure effective material management. Ensure inventory is always maintained at site to meet
any urgent requirements for normal defects and for PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance). If
required Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements & get approval of work from
client / VFM. Vendor Management, processing of their bills to Area Manager for payments.
Checking of the tool inventory of mechanical & electrical (M&E) staff by monitoring regularly
and at random. To ensure that all the requirements) of clients / occupants / owners, are
fulfilling on day to day basis, without hampering their working style. Ensure that prior to shut
down of any kind of facility (i.e. power interruption, A/c., water supply, lifts, fire system,
civil repairs etc.) occupier / client are intimated well in advance for their consent / approval.
Ensure that departmental circular / instructions / various policy letters etc. issued by FM / HO
is followed strictly by concerning staff. To ensure that all the personnel of all departments are
quite familiar with the building layout plans, Area wise, Floor wise and its fire fighting and
sprinkler systems, apart from their respective departments. Ensure that work permits to all
the contractors/ vendors are issued by the concerning department Head. Simultaneously
ensuring that keys are issued to them of respective work area through proper channel making
entry in key register book. Availability of utilities, Housekeeping & Maintain & ensure
