Intrinsically, one must focus on who they need to be internally to endure through challenges, as God provides the ability to withstand difficulties. Extrinsically, considerations include whether an organization can financially support its operations long-term, comply with governmental regulations, retain effective leaders, and survive unforeseen hardships.
