Objective 92 village & 96 School Enhancing awareness about the RTE at the community level, particularly about the various provisions of the RTE Act such as the SMCs and the 15 SDPs and the various entitlements of children under the same. To train 96 SMCs around the principles of the RTE Act Support SMCs for preparation, submission and implementation of SDPs Pilot an effective interface model among the block level SMC Association and Connect with larger networks in the area 90 village Engage local youth through different activities to raise awareness on importance of education. 15 LEP class To enable children of classes III-V to achieve age-appropriate learning Enrol all children of the 6-14 years age group in government schools, especially those who are out of school Run Learning Enrichment Program (LEP) for children of classes III-V

Challenges : Large number out of school children regarding migration Gap between community and the school ICDS ( AWC) not proper function Disparity in the functional period of migration and Government run Seasonal hostel Relation built and make trust School, HM, and SMC Facing difficulties in addressing the pedagogical intervention at govt school. Community faced difficulties to dialogue with the school teacher on curriculum as they themselves have not much understanding on it . High levels of teacher irregularity & shortage of Teacher Community participation in SMC member Selection Survey and data collection for migrant family & Village

Future vision shift from a culture of illiteracy to culture of learning: Ensuring qualitative learning of the children Quality teaching delivery in school through SMC Elementary schools be upgraded to secondary level for better access personality development and Career guidance Parents & SMC Regulating children through parents support Continuous monitoring of the school activities Seasonal hostels for migrants families More focus in strengthening of SMC
