Synterium Cabinet Verification Request
To pass verification the following actions should be performed in your Personal Cabinet:
1. Fill in all fields in your profile (full name, citizenships, contact information, date of
birth, residential address).
2. Upload scanned copies or photocopies of identification documents:
• Obligatorily: Passport or ID card;
• Additionally (to speed up the process of verification): driver license, student
identity card, pension certificate, etc..
3. Create verification request in your Personal Cabinet.
Important! Uploaded documents should be:
• In color;
• In JPG format;
• Of a good quality (300 dots per inch);
Scanned copies or photocopies must be with visible boarders of the documents. No fingers
or other objects can be in the frame.
Note! All the information, filled in the Personal Cabinet, should be in English.
Identification documents should correspond to international standards, where the name and
surname must be written in English. If such document is available, you must provide an
official translation into English, certified by the authorized body.
Verification takes place in the order of a queue and according to the terms and conditions of
the company.
Verification process may take up to 10 days. During the application process, the verification
officer may request additional information or documents and your request may be rejected.

All the actions must be performed by the Participant in his Personal Cabinet. The letters
sent to the company’s e-mail regarding verification will be ignored.
