Identified various area of improvement and possible cost reduction, listed down all ideas from team members. Validated and identified optimum design and created 3D model and drawing using Pro/E w.f. 4.0. Completed detail design of hood and ladder with manufacturing drawing and submitted into PDM-Wind Chill Reverse Engineering - Drive Axle for Wheel Loader - CNHi Developed 3D models by measuring parts. Measurement techniques included CMM, manual, laser scanning and other alternative measurement practices. Created installation drawings along with part manufacturing drawings incorporating GD&T as per ASME Y14.5 Created of spline and gear drawings in compliance with ANSI 92.1-1996.
