machines, Galvanizing line, wet machines, stranding machines, Rope closing machines, continuous casting
machines for copper rod i.e. Up caster, Continuous extrusion machine, Hydraulic drawing machine i.e.
draw bench for various copper profiles, Copper foil machines, Copper annealing furnace etc).
?Overhauling & Refurbishing of the old Machines: Wire Drawing Machines, Stranding
Machines & Closing Machines
?Machine wise preventive maintenance/repairs/replacements planning for maximizing production.
?Man power allocation.
?Conduct Root cause analysis of recurring problems and initiate corrective actions.

?Study & improvement of OEE for the critical equipments. i.e. to increase productivity.

?To monitor maintenance cost of each equipment and reduction through indigenous development of spares,
design improvement and vendor development.

of 5S and TPM.
?Improve process or product quality/new requirements by working with CFTs.

? Green field project: Installation and commissioning of 52 acre land from initial to final, fully automation
plant set up of Batch Pickling line (DRT ITALY), Galvanizing line (FIB BELGIUM & M+E ITALY), Wire
mills line (Mario Frigerio/ Swaraj Techno craft INDORE), Tyre Bead line (SIRIO WIRE ITALY and M+E
Italy), wet machine (Haedong Korea / M+E Italy), Machine shop and various other machines of wire
manufacturing, Rope Plant Stranding & Closing machine (Cortinovies Italy, Ajin Korea, Kite China, Sket
German).
? Various other machineries and utility installation and commissioning such as overhead cranes, diversion line
for Black wire, Cooling tower, DG��s set, Nitrogen plant, HWG, Chiller, LNG, Compressors, ETP, soft water
