Filomeno Joaquim da Silva is a 21-year-old student from Timor-Leste. He was born in Venilale and now lives in Dili. He comes from a family of nine members. Filomeno attended primary school in Venilale, where he initially struggled but grew to enjoy learning. He had some troubles in junior high school but found the experience overall average. 1) The student had to deal with a critical incident when one of the students got injured and was bleeding from a nail in the floor. The student and mentor teacher helped the injured student and called his parents while the pedagogical partner watched the other students.
