Dr. Stephen Amony buys a doll for his niece but becomes attracted to its maker, Mary. He visits Mary and tries to treat her unknown illness, but her aunt Rose prevents it. Dr. Amony then falls ill himself from being separated from Mary. With help from a friend, Dr. Amony rescues Mary from her aunt. He realizes he loves Mary and marries her, restoring her hope and health.

- 3. Synopsis Dr. Stephen Amony bought a doll for his niece from a newspaper shop. He fell in love with the doll and became strongly attracted to the beauty of the doll. After some times, he received a call for a visit which turn out to be the maker of the doll, Mary. He tried to save her from some unknown illness. However, Rose Callamit, Marys aunt seemed not too pleased with his intention.
- 4. Therefore, she asked him not to come anymore. After that, Dr. Amony himself became sick and suffered the same illness as Mary. He later learned that he love Mary. With the help from Jim Carter, the newspaper shop owner, he rescued Mary and married to her.
