Recommendations to Delhi Metro
Rail Corporation (DMRC)
Go in for a PPP model for execution and maintenance of toilets
PPP model for Provide space and infrastructure for these facilities
1 toilets at the Maintenance and toll collection should be hived off to a 3 rd party
    station
This insight comes from the fact that 72 percent of commuters are willing
to pay to use these facilities

Pay per use toilet The payment for usage of the toilet facilities should be as a pay per use
2 model model
Incorporating it into the token money will cause immense displeasure
                             among the commuters

Specific The toilet facilities should be located within the station premises but
3 location of the beyond the actual platform
toilet facility This will ensure cleanliness of the station premises and also be
convenient for people because they no more have to exit the station for
                             this activity
