Responsible for managing the Beckman Coulter MoFlo flow cytometer maintenance & usage, time management for the workload, assistance in flow cytometry assay design, optimization and trouble-shooting for the research projects and conducting user training programs for the researchers from the university at this flow cytometry unit of the university core facility. Developed the AIRF-JNU, the core facility of the University, as an all India Beckman Coulter, bench mark, referral site for Jet-in-air Sorting. All India Product demonstrations and Post installation trainings (analysis and sorting) on MoFlo, Moflo XDP flow cytometer models of Beckman Coulter, India 2008 to 2010: Sr. Lab. Technologist, at OncQuest Laboratories, New Delhi. Daily workload management, including sample processing, analysis and report preparation of Leukemia and Lymphoma samples. Creation & validation of tests and panels. Quality Control / Quality Assurance in processes, sample data reports and turn-around times. Company accreditation (NABL & CAP) documentation (manuals creation) and processes. Provide assistance in setup and supervision of the Cytometry department, to meet NABL and CAP accreditation standards, creation and maintenance of manuals and processes. Vendor coordination for Training and service related issues. Various training programs for technical staff, sales staff and Chief of Lab as follows: -Analyzers: SOP, Maintenance, QC (IQ & EQ), Validation, workflow. -Softwares: Analyzer software, ultra, i-net, Axapta. -Chief of Lab: Validation of reports, company manuals (HR & Admin), Quality Policy. -Sales: Technical, Test menus, promotional and launch activities.
