mendapatkan adonan yang sesuai.
Pada Drum Mixer ini menggunakan jenis motor
dengan kekuatan putar yang tinggi , dan pada as
Motor dihubungkan dengan besi pengaduk.

Proses pencampuran tingkat lannjut
• Selanjutnya Adonan Dibawa
ke Mesin Pengaduk ke 2 untuk
komponen yang digunakan
sama dengan MIXER yang
sebelumnya namun bedanya
terletak pada prinsip kerjanya
pada mixer ini yang diputar
adalah wadah drum untuk
mencampurnya.

Proses sitling dan pemotongan mie
• Selanjutnya Adonan Mulai dipipihkan dengan silinder ukuran tertentu, dan
untuk membawa adonan menggunakan conveyor supaya adonan dapat
dipindah secara otomatis, pada tengah tengah conveyor terdapat roda
pemotong yang berfungsi untuk memotong adonan mie .

Proses pengukusan mie
• Pada Proses ini mie mulai dikukus
dalam waktu yang telah ditentukan.
• Untuk pewaktuaan menggunakan
pemanfaatan dariTimer RTC pada
PLC.
• Saat pengukusan Selesai , Konveyor
akan Menyala dan membawa Mie
ke proses selanjutnya.

Proses penyeprotan bumbu dasar
• Pada tahap ini mie akan di semprot
menggunakan bumbu
• Untuk komponen pada tahap ini
menggunakan valve sebai
penyemprot bumbu cair.

Proses pemotongan dan pemisahan mie
• Mie dalam bentuk basah akan dibawa
oleh conveyor dan akan di potong dengan
pemotong dengan sistem hidrolik

Poses pembumbuan tahap lanjut
• Pada Proses pembumbuan ini
terdapat 1 valve dan 10 lubang
sehingga saat valve on mie akan di
siram oleh bumbu.
