V-Collector OmniChannel Contact Centre
Collecting micro debt is not cost effective using traditional
outbound dialer campaigns because of all the costs involved with
infrastructure and personnel, so many contact centres have
resorted to using SMS reminders which are becoming more and
more inefficient because of the lack of information and engagement
with your customers. The world has gone digital and your
customers are more demanding.
Your customers want to negotiate their debt 24/7 on self service
towards receiving a discount settlement or a payment plan spread
over various months. Part of this debt negotiation is the providing
of account information such as the current balance, the most
recent charges or simply to modify the registered address on their
account.
SMS Campaign Creation
Targeted customers are selected from a database based on criteria
(variables) such as the amount due, days overdue , last payment
received. Each criteria will have a range defined.
SMS message body is created and the system will generate unique
fields such as name, credit card number and most important the
link to the interactive website.
Online account information is configurable for each campaign.
Settlement page configuration is applied which includes the
discount percentage and interest rates for different monthly plans.
Based on these parameters the debtor receives their offers.

Payments from our interactive landing page are paid directly into
your account with the card processor. We provide the complete
integration.

All media arrives to the unified agent interface with the supervisor

Info is displayed on a daily basis, using reports more detailed
information is provided.
