The VCT Program aimed to increase student enrollment by strengthening its social media presence and updating its website. Goals included increasing social media followers, creating an ongoing social media campaign, and ensuring the website was up-to-date. Changes to the website included adding a Facebook newsfeed and a staff directory. Steps taken included training to access the website, meetings to finalize changes, and implementing the new content. The social media presence was increased through a student spotlight and scholarship announcement on Facebook. Results showed increased followers and activity on Facebook, while the website was updated with the new content and cross-media promotions.
