Vignatte Seorang wanita berusia 53 tahun datang ke IGD RSUZA dengan keluhan
sesak sejak 2 hari yang lalu. Sesak disertai batuk dan panas tinggi. Sejak 3
hari yang lalu, pasien mengalami flu. Pada pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan,
respirasi 53 kali/menit, temperatur 39,00C , dan ditemukan adanya nafas
cuping hidung. Dokter merencanakan melakukan pemeriksaan foto toraks
pada pasien ini. Dari hasil foto didapatkan gambaran infiltrat dengan air
bronchogram di paracardial kanan. Sinus costophrenicus kanan dan kiri
