agreements they made and see the trajectory of their project
over time. They can quickly identify why, what, where and
when, and what their key learnings were at every step of the way.

planning meeting before moving on to the next activity. This
helps the group reflect on what they’ve learned and what they
want to capture for further conversation or action.

of their work so they can powerfully tell their story to key

I captured the meeting on post it notes and we grouped the
notes to create a future action panel. Graphic displays such as
this one help the group create a memory for the meeting,
something they can go back to and build on for future work and
action.

images create a powerful display that fosters the group’s on
going ownership of the meeting outcomes. This panel hangs in
the organization’s main conference room as a living reminder of
