I love my work and totally invest myself in it; so its natural for me to admire professionals who have made it to the top; I also believe in mentoring. More of an extrovert, want my own space though. Believe in getting recognised and appreciated for results; will move mountains if need be, to ensure deserving team-members get their due. And greatly appreciate bosses who recognise and nurture talent. Admire good communicators (speakers, singers, actors and writers are all gr8 communicators).
