I help companies understand people as cultural and social beings instead of as mere numbers on a spreadsheet. I do this by consulting and educating organisations in consumer insights and service design.
My projects are agile and carried in close collaboration with clients, which allows me to dynamically understand the client needs and support clients who are also building internal competencies. For larger projects I also team up with leading design agencies, consultancies and think tanks.
