Is your Customer Experience already like the red sheep? You get noticed? I am here to help you with it. It was November 2006, a sunny day but bad weather, as it sometimes can be in Finland. I was sitting at the back of a tram called 3T in Helsinki. After working almost a decade on tv and film industry, I felt there was something else I should be doing. Later I found out why this tram was called 3T. It contained the basic elements for a story: a 3-act structure with a beginning, middle and end.
