Todd JB Blayone is an international Researcher and Educational Technologist at the Faculty of Education, University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT). He is a co-organizer of the Canada-Ukraine Online Learning Consortium and a member of the UOIT, Canada and KNEU, Ukraine research partnership. This partnership supports collaborative, international activity in the areas of online learning, digital competencies and professional development. He is co-founder of Vistas Canada EDU, an international educational agency promoting innovative UOIT programs in Eastern Europe. He resides both in Oshawa, Canada and Kyiv, Ukraine with his wife Dr. Olena Mykhailenko.
