I joined the University of Aveiro - Department of Social, Political and Territorial Sciences in 2006.

With a PhD in Political Science, my work deals primarily with issues of Local Governance, Political Leadership and Public Policy. My research interests include Local Public Sector Reform, Territorial Governance and Innovation.
