She has designed learning programs and taught design thinking skills to thousands of people globally. Today, she is a certified Leadership and Executive Coach (CPCC, ACC), and uses a tailored combination of one-on-one coaching, courses, team workshops, and leadership offsites to help teams operate in more human-centered ways.
