* Managing the currently active radio link and assisting TAC teams for timely resolution of technical faults.
* Assisting TAC and Remote teams in deployment of new radio links and its successful commissioning according to desired SLAs.
* Responsible for making feasibility reports and Radio Link Planning for Point to Point and Point to Multipoint Scenarios
* Responsible for monitoring nationwide deployed iDirect VSAT Links via iDirect NMS and assisting TAC teams for fault identification and troubleshooting.
* Responsible for active coordination with remote teams during new VSAT link deployments as HUB side team member to successfully activate the link with nominal RF stats and SLAs....
