Good usability is good business; companies and organisations have a lot to gain when they involve their users in the design and development of their products and services.
I express my passion for user centricity, user experience (UX) and usability as a senior research manager at LEGO (Consumer Marketing Agency), and formerly as a CEO, owner and founder of SnitkerGroup (2005) and Co-founder in UserTribe (and it's Danish predecessor Brugertest.nu since 2011).
