During my PhD I've developed epiGBS which we published in Nature Methods, the top journal for techniques in life sciences. EpiGBS enables cost-effective epigenetic fingerprinting in species without a genome sequence, allowing plant-breeders and biologists to analyze and interpret causes and consequences of epigenetic variation.
