Willem has recently taken on the role of Senior Director Ecosystem Design for adidas in which he鈥檚 shaping a practice to create value in the context of systemic challenges in the digital realm for the company. Before that, he鈥檚 been adidas鈥� global experience design strategy lead for 2 years.
Previously he has been a Head of R&D at Oc茅, a Canon Group company, where he has been leading the research and development of their strategic service portfolio, prior to becoming the strategy lead for the SBU Business Services.
He has been leading the client strategy for the Amsterdam studio of the San Francisco based pioneering firm in Experience Strategy & Design, Adaptive Path.
