Dr. Willis Walter, Vice President of Community Affairs/K-16 Initiatives and Dean of the College of Education at Bethune-Cookman University, is an energetic and vibrant professional passionate about educational issues. Dr. Walter has been chosen to lead the charge to become the largest non-profit private producer of educators in the southern region and promote educational quality and equity for all. He has a long history of working with and solving educational concerns and K-12 reform. His new responsibilities include our Minority Male Teacher Initiatives, Dual Enrollment, Volusia County Academic Academy Partnerships and other educational initiatives related to the university's mission.
