Zahraa is a postdoctoral research fellow at the school of Information Technology at Monash University. She received her PhD in March 2015 from Monash University, Australia. She is the recipient of the 2015 Mollie Holman Doctoral Medal, for best doctoral thesis completed in the faculty of information technology. Her thesis is also nominated for the CORE John Makepeace Bennett Awards for distinguished doctoral dissertations.
