My final piece consisted of a red satin crop top and a rope choker decorated with heart diamonds in the centers of rope roses, representing the structure of a relationship until marriage. I used a sheer red veil for my final shoot to incorporate symbols of marriage like the color red and veil that I researched are used in many cultures. Overall, I was pleased with how my final piece turned out exactly as I envisioned, looking neat and good in photographs, and would not change anything as the sewing came together perfectly for my skill level.

We learned several technologies through creating our group blog and video project. We used a blog to organize our work and track progress, and Youtube to research other films, access tutorials, and upload our own video constructions. Prezi allowed us to convey research and planning in a non-linear format. Adobe programs like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Live Type were used to import clips, add sound, edit video, and create logos and credits for our finished video. The SWWE Regional Network were very pleased to welcome Aalok Sonawala, Head of PMO, National Programmes, Rider Levett Bucknall on 26 February, to BAWA for our first face to face event of 2025. Aalok is a member of APMs Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APMs PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.

- 2. FOLEY EFFECT RESEARCH After a look around Google for guides and tutorials on how to make professional and believable sound effects/clips we found a couple of sights, however the one I'm going to be focusing on is EpicSound.com. Epic Sound gave us a platform to find all sorts of interesting techniques and previews of outcome from linked YouTube Clips. This was great as a lot of the other sights just told you how to do the effect but this one actually gave you some idea of the outcome of the work you would be putting in.
- 3. USEFUL INFORMATION We searched YouTube for "Foley Stabbing Tutorial" and found the video "Kung Fu Cabbage - Foley Friday 2" this shows us how to create the realistic stabbing and slashing Foley sound effects we will be needing for the production of our OTS as well as how to conduct Foley correctly (For example tips on removing background noise and unwanted static) The YouTube channel this video was on ("sonictechtonic") Also offers other types of Foley tutorials so if we do need to amend or add some extra sound for dramatic effect we can go back and reference this channel.
