Operation -
- Shift In charge of 400/220 kV GIS substation which is connected to Western Grid through a 104 Km long 400 kV double circuit transmission line owned by ESSAR Power Transmission Company Ltd.
- Responsible for compliance with Grid codes laid down by WRLDC ensuring Reliable, Safe & Economic operation of Grid.
- Responsible for planning of Annual & Opportunity based shutdown of ICT's & 400 kV transmission line.
- Responsible for co-ordination with WRLDC & NTPC for taking shut down & restoration of ICT's & 400 kV transmission line during planned & breakdown maintenance.
- Preparation of Disturbance Report in case of tripping.
- Ensuring healthiness of substation equipment's.
