 Manage 17 branches in three countries (South Central & South East Regions of USA, Mexico and
Brazil) driving 56 RF & Wireless semiconductor manufacturers.
 Generated $9.6 Million of net new business in first 21 months on the job.
 Main objective is to drive awareness, demand creation and accelerated sales for key manufacturers to
end customers and Future Electronics field sales organization.
 Train, guide and support distributor field engineers and field sales resources throughout entire design
cycles and in customer relationships.
 Lead design reviews and quarterly business reviews with Futures branches, suppliers and customers.
 Of the four Regional Sales Managers in North America achieved the highest level of sales and design
metrics including net new customer design wins, production wins, billings and total new opportunity
value.
 Assigned as the field sales RF & Wireless champion for multiple semiconductor vendors including
Freescale, Murata, Microchip, Sierra Wireless NXP, Redpine, Roving Networks, Sagrad and RF
Monolithic. For each line I maintained Strong, high level relationships to enhance and support
Futures field engagement strategies and sales performance.
 Worked closely with Futures corporate marketing organization to assist in strategic alignment, vendor
development, target market strategies and growth plans.

General Manager - FAI and Future Division Huntsville, AL
 Responsible for managing 12 employees in the Huntsville FAI branch covering 170 accounts across
Alabama, Mississippi, central to western Tennessee and the panhandle of Florida.
 In 2004 and 2005 achieved # 1 branch of the year awards with 54% and 42% growth respectively.
 Showed consistent sales growth throughout my eight year tenure as GM. The FAI division was a top
three branch in the Americas each year in its operation under my management.
 Promoted to General Manager for the Future Division in April of 2005 to lead a team of 20 people
including both sales and engineering resources.
 Future Huntsville emerged as one of the premier branches in the country with continued growth
achievements. Relationships with local Manufacturers Representatives and direct manufacturers grew
to a level never realized before in the territory
 Built and maintain a high level of respect within the electronics manufacturers community for
achieving and exceeding sales goals on their behalf.

Manufacturers Sales Representative / Vice President Atlanta, GA
 Regional Sales Manager for Beacon Electronics and Associates from May 1995 to July of 2000.
 Promoted to Southeastern Area Manager in July 2000, taking over management responsibility for the
Huntsville Regional Sales office in addition to managing the Atlanta Regional Sales office.
o First year performance as Area Manager:
o Achieved $702,000 profit before tax for FY 2001; Grew revenue by 77% over previous fiscal
year; Achieved zero loss in FY 2002 during the worst economic down turn in electronics
industry
 Promoted to Vice President in June of 2001.
o Huntsville regional Sales Office:
o Responsible for developing recovery strategy for region that lost $186,000 net before tax in
2000
o Responsible for developing $60 million sales plan for Alabama, Mississippi and Western
Tennessee
o Developed customer base strategy to grow profitability for key accounts such as SCI, ACT,
Benchmark and Siemens, formerly known as, Daimler Chrysler.
o Atlanta Regional Sales Office
o Successfully increased profitability every year from 1995 to 2003.
o Developed sales plan for $50 million region including Georgia, Kentucky and eastern
Tennessee
