MY OBJECTIVE
 I would like to work in a conducive yet challenging environment that will allow me
to learn, and present the skills that I possess in a more constructive and

MY WORK EXPERIENCE
AUGUST 2014 - PRESENT
 Currently I am an Assistant Sector Coordinator at Business Botswana formerly
BOCCIM in the Policy Advocacy Department, where I organize and prepare for
stakeholder meetings. The position also allows me depth into issues that matter
in the business environment, as I am informed of the developments that are made
or need to be made which also demand for my direct involvement.
Duties:
- Arranges for meetings and doing follow ups.
- Taking minutes through meetings.
- Representing and articulating the interests of the private sector.
- Meeting sector members and taking their complaints, with suggestions of
solutions.
- Organizing events
- Assisting the private sector members in complying with Business
Botswana code of conduct.
- Liaise with external stakeholders on cooperative engagements for
example memorandum of understanding, government departments, and
Business Botswana members.
- Reminding members of tasks.
 I was a member to the organizing committee of the East Central Southern African
Employers Organization (ECSAEO) Conference that recently took place in
Gaborone on 5-6th May 2015 organized by Business Botswana. The conference had
participants from 16 African countries.
Duties:
- Arranging accommodation logistics.
- Drafting and sending invitation letters to participants.
- Preparing and drafting country report.
- Helping in sourcing of advertising material and preparing advertising
messages.
 I was assigned to do a due diligence task of the Private Sector Development
Program (23rd-27th July 2015). A process that required focus, analytical ability and
understanding of contract law.
Duties:
- Inventory check (furniture, equipment, files).
- Consultant contracts evaluation.
- Employee contracts evaluation.
- Report writing.
MARCH 2012 DECEMBER 2012
 I worked at Spur as a waiter where I acquired the skills of thorough
communication, with customer orientation being the core of this job and relating
with people despite their individual differences.
Duties:
- Taking customer orders.
- Cleaning after customers.
- Providing the best possible customer services.
MAY 2013  SEPTEMBER 2013
 I worked (interned) at Native Impressions, a reputable local marketing agency
where I was in the customer service department and the strategy department.
Here I advanced my skills on customer relationship management and the value of
good communication between organizations/companies and also how to come up
with informed business strategies.

- Meeting with new prospects to grow client base.
- Updating clients on progress by agency on their submitted work.

Confident, creative and proactive thinker, the level of self-belief I possess has
allowed me and still allows me to think out of the box. This has proven to be a
very important character as I am able to start and continue work with little/no
supervision.
Optimistic, I am an individual who approaches each and every situation with
positive expectations. This has worked for me in the past as it has proven to be a
necessity when dealing with new things or situations.
A self-Starter who can work with minimal supervision, this is to say that I have the
ability to begin a task on my own with little reliance on others especially if
provided or well briefed on the task being addressed.
Highly ethical and ability to relate well. I know the difference between wrong and
right this goes out to say I will always abide by the set rules and standards
provided in any environment I become part of. This has shown to be the reason to
my ability to relate well with others.
Abundant Inner calmness; I am a relaxed individual which has helped me maintain
my focus in all I do and not to overlook situations.
